NHS Education for Scotland (NES) in collaboration with Know You More (KYM) is offering digital coaching as part of its public task to support people working in Health and Social Services in Scotland at this time. You will be asked to submit personal data as part of your application.
The data controller for your personal data is NES. Under instruction from NES we will collect and process only the minimum data necessary to identify you and your needs, help process the application, match you with a suitable coach, and enable online coaching and evaluation.
To ensure that training recruitment does not discriminate against different groups of staff NES must be able to show that all groups are treated fairly. You will be asked separately by NES if you wish to complete a non-mandatory equality and diversity monitoring survey. More data protection information will be given in the survey email.
Anonymised data will be passed by KYM to NES for programme reporting purposes. Anonymised equality and diversity data collected separately by NES may be shared with Scottish Government.
Your data will be held only for as long as is necessary to deliver and manage the online coaching. After this the data will be destroyed.
