The company has appointed Mr. John Johnstone as Corporate Coaching Director, Mrs. Evelyn Walker as Public Sector and ‘Level-Up’ Partnership Director and  Mrs. Hamisha Mehta as Chief Financial Officer respectively.

Mr. Johnstone brings over 30 years of coaching and leadership development experience to Know You More. As an experienced business leader, having held HR Director positions for organisations including Standard Life Plc and the NHS, Mr. Johnstone is also an Academy of Executive Coaching alumnus. Mr. Johnstone is a qualified and highly experienced executive coach who has worked with leaders across industries in the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. He is currently the founder of independent coaching and management consultancy, Lead Real Change Ltd. before which he was a Director at Coachmatch Ltd, one of the UK’s most successful coaching and development businesses.

Mrs. Walker is an HR and Digital/Cyber Educational Consultant who specialises in the scaling up of start-ups. With over 25 years’ experience in the Digital and the Drinks Industries, she has held a variety of Country, Regional and Worldwide positions in both operational and program management. Mrs. Walker is a Council Director for the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce for SMEs and is also an award-winning Mentor in Business and in Cyber education and brings a unique combination of digital; brand awareness and client interaction experience to Know You More.

Mrs. Mehta is a graduate from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS). She was awarded the title of One Young CA 2019 by ICAS and was also winner of the Talent category prize. Mrs. Mehta began her career within the audit practice of EY later moving into Consultancy, specializing in Finance Transformation and Change projects. She has over 10 years’ experience within finance, consultancy and commercial finance across practice and industry. She is also a member of the ICAS Diversity and Inclusion Committee and trustee of the spinal injury charity, Aspire and previously was a governor at an inner-city London primary school.
