The benefits of group coaching

Unlike team coaching, participants in group coaching may not work together on an ongoing basis outside of the coaching space. For this reason, sessions tend to focus on goal setting, deepening awareness around common key issues, taking action, and accountability.

With the support of a coach, the group is enabled to build on shared experience, solve problems creatively and share insight. The coach will use a combination of observation, questioning, listening and structured activities to create a rich and stimulating conversation.
